A Moroccan delegation, composed of one representative of the Ministry of Justice and one representative of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (Conseil supérieur du pouvoir judiciaire), attended the 23rd meeting of the CEPEJ Working Group on the Quality of Justice, which was held on 14 and 15 March 2018 in Strasbourg. During the meeting, the Working Group addressed, inter alia, the challenges of artificial intelligence on judicial systems, the qualitative assessment of judges' activities, the setting up of electronic case management systems with a user-oriented approach, and the communication by the courts.
