CEPEJ representatives have met in the Municipal Court of Varaždin on 18 May 2015 to discuss the implementation of two satisfaction surveys for both non-professional court users and lawyers. These two questionnaires would have to be implemented by the end of the year. On the basis of this experience, a report will be drafted in order to facilitate the application of these surveys in other Municipal Courts in Croatia.
