CEPEJ actively supports pilot courts from the Republic of Moldova to improve their efficiency

On 20 October 2016, in Strasbourg, representatives of the pilot courts, of the Superior Council of Magistrates, the Ministry of Justice, and the National Institute of Justice will be presented the Guide for the implementation of selected CEPEJ tools in the courts of the Republic of Moldova, specially designed by CEPEJ experts on the basis of the results reached so far by the on-going court coaching programme. The national partners will present the progress and challenges encountered by the pilot courts in implementation of the “SATURN priorities”. The Moldovan delegation will be also acquainted with the CEPEJ 2016 Report “European judicial systems - Efficiency and quality of justice”, including the main findings in regard to the Republic of Moldova, and the CEPEJ-STAT - a new interactive database of European judicial statistics.
