A delegation of CEPEJ experts visited the Republic of Moldova on 1-3 June 2015. The CEPEJ experts had meetings with representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Superior Council of Magistrates, the National Institute of Justice, the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Moldova, as well as other courts which are involved in the implementation of the CEPEJ time management and quality tools. A workshop to explain in detail the nature of the SATURN Guidelines for judicial time management, the Checklist for promoting the quality of justice and the courts and other CEPEJ quality tools has been carried out on 1 June. On 2-3 June the CEPEJ experts visited three out of the six pilot courts selected in cooperation with the Superior Council of Magistrates and conduct the first meeting of the Working group on implementation of the CEPEJ tools and country-specific recommendations on efficiency and quality of justice and court performance (WG EQUAL).
