The CCJE Working Group in charge of drafting the draft opinion the role of court clerks and legal assistants within the courts and their relationships with judges will meet in Paris from 20 to 22 March 2019. The Group will examine the draft structure drawn up on the basis of the replies of the Member States to the questionnaire previously sent to them. The Working Group will hold its second meeting from 19 to 21 June before submitting the text for adoption at the CCJE plenary meeting from 6 to 8 November 2019 in Strasbourg.
