A total of 57 trainers, who will take part in five different training programmes for family court judges, prosecutors working in domestic violence bureaus, candidate judges and prosecutors, judicial support staff and family court personnel, received their training of trainers seminars. During the seminar, following the presentations made by an experienced international consultant on adult training, the participants received training in four separate groups on the modules prepared on "Communication in Family Courts: Working with Vulnerable Groups and Time Management", "Effective Interviewing Techniques in Family Law Cases", "Effective Protection of Women's Rights and Effective Implementation of the Law No:6284", "Drafting Reasoned Judgments in Family Law Cases " and "Protection of the Rights of Family Members in Family Law Cases Divorce Proceedings". Participants were also asked to prepare short presentations on selected topics in accordance with the training and their performance in these presentations was evaluated by national and international consultants.

It is expected that the experience and knowledge gained during the training of trainers seminars will be disseminated to the target groups of the project through cascade trainings to be held in April and May 2024.
