Training modules of training sessions on fundamental rights and freedoms and individual application procedure and admissibility criteria for judges, prosecutors and lawyers which is one of the most important activities of the project are now published online.

The training modules were prepared by law academics with the contributions of the rapporteurs of the Constitutional Court, training consultants as well as national and international experts, and judges, prosecutors from high and first instance courts, and lawyers. Modules based on interactive adult training methods and techniques cover the following subjects:

  • Individual application procedure and admissibility criteria

  • Right to life and prohibition of torture

  • Right to person’s liberty and security

  • Right to respect for private life and family life (Criminal)

  • Right to respect for private life and family life (Civil)

  • Freedom of thought, conscience and religion, freedom of expression, freedom of assembly and association (Criminal)

  • Freedom of thought, conscience and religion, freedom of expression, freedom of assembly and association (Civil)

  • Right to a fair trial (Civil)

  • Right to property
