The EU-CoE Joint Project on “Promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution in Turkey” held its 3rd Management Meeting

The 3rd Management Meeting of the European Union-Council of Europe Joint Project on “Promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Turkey” was held online on 28 January 2022 with the participation of the representatives of the Directorate General for Legal Affairs, Directorate General for Criminal Affairs, Directorate General for Foreign Relations and EU Affairs of the Ministry of Justice, Council of Europe, Delegation of the European Union to Turkey and the Central Finance and Contracts Unit.

The objective of the meeting was to share an overview of the activities carried out between September and December 2021 with the Project partners and provide general information on the implementation of the activities to be carried out between January and April 2022. In addition, information about mitigation measures related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other administrative issues were shared by the Project team during the meeting.

The Joint Project on “Promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution in Turkey” is co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Turkey – Directorate General for Criminals Affairs and Directorate General for Legal Affairs are the end beneficiaries of the Project. The Central Finance and Contracts Unit is the contracting authority.
