The book titled “Individual Application Judgments related to Civil Judiciary” was published under the EU- CoE Joint Project on “Supporting the Individual Application to the Constitutional Court in Turkey”.
The book which was published in order to contribute to better comprehension of the Constitutional Court’s approach in individual applications concerning civil judiciary consists of selected individual judgments related to civil judiciary. The judgments were selected according to their significance in improving case law concerning civil judiciary.
Considering the fact that significant rate of the individual applications is related to rights concerning civil judiciary, the book will contribute to better comprehension of the fundamental principles defined by the Constitutional Court for the protection of constitutional rights in civil proceedings.
The book which was published in 3000 copies will be distributed to the participants of the Case Law Forum on “Individual Application Judgments related to Civil Judiciary” that will be organized under the Joint Project of Supporting Individual Application to the Constitutional Court in Turkey on 23-24 November, 2017.
