From 13 to 15 November 2024, 50 judges and public prosecutors from Bursa and nearby provinces, along with representatives from the Ministry of Justice General Directorate for Foreign Relations and European Union Affairs, participated in a training on international judicial cooperation in criminal matters.
The training was the final session in a series of 28 training activities that began in 2023 as part of the project, bringing the total number of judges and public prosecutors trained to 900.
The sessions in Bursa included active discussions, with participants sharing their practical experiences and challenges. Many attendees reported that their understanding of mutual legal assistance and extradition improved significantly thanks to the training.
