Cascade trainings have started

The first three cascade training activities on Legal Reasoning and Judgment Drafting (Module 1) were held simultaneously in Ankara on 16-17 March 2022, whereby 67 judges from administrative and tax courts in Ankara, Kırıkkale, Yozgat, Zonguldak, Sivas, Kayseri, Kastamonu received training.

The two-day training was delivered by senior judges who had received training under the “Training of Trainers”; namely, Mr Bülent Küfüdür, Mr Kalender Türeoğlu, Mr Volkan Aydın, Ms Zühal Aysun Sunay, Ms Neslihan Solmaz and Mr Abdülkadir Tutar for administrative judges and by Mr Kurtuluş Beyribey, Mr Ahmet Derin and Mr Zeki Uysal for tax judges.

On the 1st day of the training, 4 sessions to help the participants improve their knowledge on judgment and judgment drafting procedure, reasoning in administrative judiciary judgments, writing of reasoning in judgment, and reasoning and interpretation in administrative judiciary were delivered.

On the 2nd day of the training, the trainees received training on reasoning within the right to a fair trial and reasoned judgments, followed by a practical exercise.
