The Council of Europe is currently implementing the European Union - Council of Europe Joint Programme “Fostering Civil Society Participation and Capacity Building in Access to Justice in Türkiye.” Within the framework of the Programme component “Fostering Civil Society Participation in Access to Justice in Türkiye: Enhancing Human Rights in the Context of Migration and Environmental Justice,” the Council of Europe intends to establish a pool of national consultants to support the implementation of project activities in the field of environmental justice in Türkiye. The Joint Programme is co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe between 22 December 2025 and 21 December 2028.
