The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project on “Improving the Effectiveness of the Administrative Judiciary and Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Council of State”. The purpose of this call is to identify maximum three (2) providers for each lot for the provision of printing, distribution/delivery services of books.

Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email address indicated above, with the following reference in the subject line: -Printing Tender 2023 – IMEAJ. Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.
All questions shall be submitted at least 2 (two) working days (14 February 2023 – 23:59) before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address [email protected] with the following reference in subject: Question - Printing Tender 2023 - IMEAJ.
