The Council of Europe initiates a call for the provision of national consultancy services in the areas of “(1) Training methodology and training of trainers, (2) Trainings, conferences, workshops and other capacity building activities, (3) HELP trainings and (4) Research, analysis and assessment” under the framework of the EU and CoE Joint Project on " Supporting the Effective Implementation of Turkish Constitutional Court Judgments in the field of Fundamental Rights”
The purpose of this call is to identify a pool of providers in above-mentioned areas to be requested by the Council of Europe on an as needed basis, for the provision of services outlined in the “Act of Engagement”.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the Tender File and fill out the requested “Act of Engagement” form while attaching the “Documents to be provided”. The deadline for submission of tenders is 06 February 2022 (23:59, GMT+2 -Ankara time zone).

All documents shall be submitted in English (unless expressively stated otherwise in the tender file), failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender. If any of the necessary documents are missing, the Council of Europe reserves the right to reject the tender.
