The Council of Europe initiates a call for the provision of national short-term consultancy services in the areas of on standards and measures on fight against cybercrime under the framework of the EU / CoE Joint Project on “Strengthening the Criminal Justice System and the Capacity of Justice Professionals on prevention of the European Convention on Human Rights Violations in Turkey”.
The purpose of this call is to create a pool of interested national consultants with the relevant background and work experience to support the implementation of the project.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the clauses Tender Rules and Documents to be Provided of the attached Tender File before the deadline, 04 September 2022, Sunday (23:59, Ankara- time zone).
Tenders shall be submitted by e-mail only (with attachments) to the [email protected] e-mail address, with the following reference in the subject line: CAS-2-Cybercrime. Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.
All questions shall be submitted by 23:59 (GMT+2 -Ankara- time zone) on 26 August 2022 and shall be exclusively addressed to the e-mail address [email protected] with the following reference in subject: Questions-CAS-2- Cybercrime.
Selected consultants will be engaged at a later stage, on an as-needed-basis. The consultancy work may start immediately after the tender is finalised and contracts are signed.
All documents shall be submitted in English, except the sample document stated in the Section G, which can be submitted in Turkish, failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender.
