The Council of Europe initiates a call for the provision of national consultancy services in the areas of trainings for administrative judges and administrative court staff, as well case-law of the ECtHR/CJEU and Turkish Constitutional Court, under the framework of the EU / CoE Joint Project on "Improving the Effectiveness of the Administrative Judiciary and Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of Council of State”.
The purpose of this call is to create a pool of interested national consultants with the relevant background and work experience to support the implementation of the project.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the “Call for Tenders” file before the deadline, 27 August 2020.
Selected consultants will be consulted at a later stage, on an as-needed-basis. The consultancy work may start immediately after the tender is finalised and contracts are signed.
