In the framework of the action "Strengthening the human rights protection in the Context of Migration in Türkiye’’, implemented under the joint European Union (EU) and the Council of Europe (CoE) programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Türkiye”, the Council of Europe initiates a call, a competitive bidding procedure, for the provision of national short-term consultancy services in the area of ‘’Gender mainstreaming’’
The purpose of this call is to create a pool of interested national consultants with the relevant background and work experience to support the implementation of the mentioned action.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the clauses Tender Rules and Documents to be Provided of the attached Tender File before the deadline, 27 February 2023.
Selected consultants will be consulted at a later stage, on an as-needed-basis. The consultancy work may start immediately after the tender is finalised and contracts are signed.
All questions shall be submitted at least 5 (five) working days before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address [email protected] with the following reference in subject: “Question: HF-13 Migration-National Consultancy Services on Gender Mainstreaming”.
