In the framework of the action “Strengthening the human rights protection of migrants and victims of human trafficking in Turkey”, implemented under the joint European Union (EU) and the Council of Europe (CoE) programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey II (2019-2022)”, the Council of Europe initiates a call, a competitive bidding procedure, for the provision of international short-term consultancy services in the areas of “Alternatives to immigration detention”, “Special needs of vulnerable migrants”, “Reception conditions for migrants” and “Smuggling of migrants”.
The purpose of this call is to create a pool of interested international consultants with the relevant background and work experience to support the implementation of the mentioned action.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the clauses Tender Rules and Documents to be Provided of the attached Tender File before the deadline, 21 September 2020.
Selected consultants will be consulted at a later stage, on an as-needed-basis. The consultancy work may start immediately after the tender is finalised and contracts are signed.
