The European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) draws up country reports and recommendations concerning the fight against racism, racial discrimination (i.e. discrimination on grounds of “race”, colour, citizenship, national/ethnic origin, religion and language), xenophobia, antisemitism and intolerance, addressed to the authorities of each and all of the 47 member States of the Council of Europe. You can use the email address ecri@coe.int, therefore, to send ECRI’s Secretariat up to date information on matters concerning racism and intolerance in Council of Europe member States.

Please bear in mind that ECRI is not mandated to deal with individual complaints and is unable to offer funding to outside projects.

Concerning recruitment and traineeships, please consult the website of the Council of Europe’s Directorate of Human Resources, at the following page: http://www.coe-recruitment.com

For further information about ECRI’s work, please note that all of its publications are available for free consultation and download on its website: http://www.coe.int/ecri
