Display Stand for the European Day of Civil Justice

The keynote speaker for the conference was Baroness Cathy Ashton who was a Minister in the Ministry of Justice until her appointment as Leader of the House of Lords and a member of the cabinet. At the annual conference in Nottingham, Baroness Ashton spoke about the importance of Europe and the value of the European Day of Civil Justice. The pictures show the Baroness speaking to John Marston who is Chairman of the High Court Officers Association and a member of the International Union of Bailiffs and of the conference stand being manned by Ministry of Justice staff.
