During its 1015th meeting, the
Committee of Ministers decided to instruct the CCJE
to prepare an Opinion in 2008 on the quality of
judicial decisions. By way of preparatory
work, the CCJE adopted a
questionnaire
on this subject and instructed its members to reply
to it by 30 January 2008. The CCJE appointed a
working group which will analyse the replies to this
questionnaire and prepare the draft opinion.
