Bart (W.A.J.) van Lierop is Vice-President of the
Administrative High Court for Trade and Industry (College
van Beroep voor het bedrijfsleven) in The Hague, The
Netherlands.
Before that, he has been an ‘advocaat’ in, successively,
Maastricht, The Hague and Brussels, judge at the District
Court of Maastricht, judge at the Court of Appeal of The
Hague and legal secretary at the Court of First Instance EC.
He is specialised in European Law.
He is a member of the CCJE since 2005.
