    Delegations are invited, in particular, to enumerate the events (since November 2011) where they have presented the work of the CCJE.

    3. Draft Opinion N15 of the CCJE for 2012

    Examination of draft Opinion N15 on the theme “The specialisation of Judges”

    Delegations are invited to review the draft Opinion and send any comments to the Secretariat. New amendments presented for the first time during the plenary meeting will not be considered.
    Please send, before 22 October 2012, only concrete proposals for changes, and giving a new suggestion for the new formulation where appropriate, if possible in “track changes"

    5. Working methods of the CCJE

    Election of the President and of the Vice-President of the CCJE

    According to Resolution Res(2011)24, the CCJE will proceed with the election of its President and Vice-President.
    Mr Gerhard REISSNER (Austria) can be re-elected in its function of President. Mr Paul MAFFEI (Belgium) is not candidate for his re-election
    Any member wishing to put forward his/her candidature can inform the Secretariat, in writing, before 6 November 2012, 12h00.

    Election of one member of the CCJE Bureau

    According to Resolution Res(2011)24, the CCJE will proceed with the election of one member of the Bureau. Mr Raffaele SABATO cannot be re-elected in his respective functions.
    Any member wishing to put forward his/her candidature can inform the Secretariat, in writing, before 6 November 2012, 12h00.

    Nomination of the CCJE’s Working Group for 2012

    According to Resolution Res(2011)24 (“Where necessary, in order to expedite the progress of their work, committees may entrust a rapporteur or a limited number of committee members with a specific task to be fulfilled by their next meeting using primarly information technologies”) the CCJE can decide to set up a Working Group (CCJE-GT) which will be entrusted with the preparation, in view of its 14th plenary meeting, of the draft Opinion for 2013. The members of the Bureau of the CCJE will also attend the CCJE-GT meetings

    The CCJE should entrust its Bureau with the designation of the members of the Working Group in the light of a list of candidates which will be prepared by the Secretariat. Any member of the CCJE who would like to be a member of the Working Group for 2013 should inform the Secretariat, in writing, by 6 November 2012, 12h00.

    The Secretariat recalls that, according to Resolution Res(2005)47, they is no automatic redesignation of a member of the Working Group from the previous year to the current year of the Working Group.
