Organised
by the CCJE and the Paris Bar Association, the European
Conference on the theme "How to better organise the
relations between judges and lawyers in order to improve
the provision of justice" took place in Paris, at
the Maison du Barreau (2, rue Harley - 75001 Paris -
Auditorium) on 7 November 2012. The results of this
Conference will be used as a basis of preparatory works
for the 2013 opinion to be adopted by the CCJE on the
same topic.
