2002, the Consultative Council of European Judges adopted
opinion
n°3
on "ethics and reponsability of judges".
The CCJE asked the Chair of Working Party to draft
questionnaire on principles and rules
governing judges professional conduct with especial
reference to efficiency, incompatible behaviour and
impartiality.
