Bureau The Executive Council elects, from among its members, a Bureau composed of eight members including two representatives from the member States of the Partial Agreement, one parliamentary representative, one representative from the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, one civil society representative, the representative from the European Commission and one representative from the South. The Bureau meets twice yearly (January and June) and also meets informally on the fringes of the Executive Council meetings. Past meeting reports: 26 June 2009 (avaliable soon) |
