Dear friends, November has been an intense month at the North-South Centre. You will find in this issue information on the Global Education Week 2007 edition. On the GE level we invite you to get acquainted also with the report of the NSC-YFJ GE & Youth seminar held in Mollina last October as well as the Development Education European strategy framework, an initiative of European institutions, among which the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe, together with governmental, intergovernmental and civil society organisations.
