Inauguration
of the Shabo Wine Museum during the European Heritage Days
The Ukrainian authorities have selected the Shabo Wine Museum to be opened for the
first time to the public during the European
Heritage Days (EHD). The Shabo Wine Museum will be inaugurated on 17-18 September 2011. Mr
Iukuridze as Director of the Shabo Winery, in cooperation with the
Association of Culture and Tourism Exchange (ACTE), has invited the Council of Europe and
the European Union to participate. The President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, a representative of UNESCO, as well as the Directors of wine museums from across Europe
will be present. An International Forum celebrating 'the European Dimension' of the EHD's will take place in the Shabo premises on 18 September.
