The Council of Europe is inviting potential suppliers to submit their offers for the development and implementation of the Intranet System for the People’s Advocate Office and the National Mechanism for the Prevention of Torture of the Republic of Moldova. The activity is implemented under the Project “Support to the Criminal Justice Reforms in the Republic of Moldova”, funded by the Government of Denmark.
The deadline for the submission of offers is 28 April 2017 (9:00 am CET+1).
