The third session 2026 of the Administrative Tribunal took place on 4 and 5 June.
During this session, the Tribunal examined Appeal No. 779/2026 - L. Y. (II) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe – in respect of which a public hearing was held on 4 June 2026, as well as Appeal No. 777/2026 – J v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
In addition, the Tribunal delivered the following judgments:
- Judgment of 4 June 2026 in Appeal No. 776/2025 – I v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe;
- Judgment of 4 June 2026 in Appeal No. 775/2025 – P. R v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe (French);
- Judgment of 4 June 2026 in Appeal No. 774/2025 – H v. Governor of the Council of Europe Development Bank (French);
- Judgment of 5 June 2026 in Appeal No. 773/2025 – J. C. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe (French).
During this session, the Tribunal adopted, by a decision dated 5 June 2026, amendments to its Rules of Procedure concerning the language of the case and applications for intervening in the procedure.
