On 29 August and 3 September 2018, the Administrative Tribunal registered two appeals (No. 592/2018 - Sibel DEMİR SALDIRIM (II) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe and No. 593/2018 - Luca SCHIO v. Governor of the Council of Europe Development Bank).

In the first appeal, the appellant seeks the annulment of her written and oral examination for the selection of seconded lawyers in the Organisation.

In the second appeal, the appellant contests the decision of the Governor to confirm the opinions of his direct hierarchical superior on his appraisal.
