Two hearings will be held before the Administrative Tribunal on Tuesday 10 and Wednesday 11 December 2019 in the Tribunal’s Hearing Room in Strasbourg (D Building) in appeals below:
- Tuesday 10/12 at 2.30 p.m.: Appeal No. 622/2019 – Michel BRECHENMACHER (II) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe
- Wednesday 11/12 at 9.30 a.m.: Appeals Nos. 619-621/2019 – Ana GOREY (IV) and (V), and Merete BJERREGAARD v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe
The first hearing will be chaired by Ms Nina VAJIĆ, Chair of the Tribunal, the second hearing by Mr András BAKA, Deputy Chair.
