A hearing will be held before the Administrative Tribunal by videoconference on Thursday 25 June 2020, at 2.30 p.m., in appeal No. 626/2020 A v. CCNR (Central Commission for the Navigation of the Rhine). The hearing will be chaired by Ms Nina VAJIĆ, Chair of the Tribunal.

On account of the Covid-19 health crisis the Tribunal had to introduce special measures for holding its public hearings, valid until further notice. All oral submissions will be made by videoconference that will not be available to the public.
