On Tuesday 24 March 2026, at 10 a.m., the Administrative Tribunal will hold a hearing in Appeal No. 773/2025 – J. C. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe.

The hearing, which will be public, will take place in room 11, level 2 of the Palais de l’Europe and will be chaired by Lenia Samuel, Chairing Judge of the Tribunal.

Individual external visitors who do not have a Council of Europe badge and would like to attend the hearing are requested to contact the registry before midday on 19 March 2026.
