The 2013 Lisbon Forum was held within the framework of the Joint EU/CoE Programme “Strengthening democratic reform in the southern Neighbourhood”. It was organised in cooperation with the Anna Lindh Foundation, the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA) and the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN).
