Find below some of the templates that we make available for grantee organisations while we prepare the roll-out of the new online granting system of the EYF, that can be helpful in the implementation of your project and when preparing to report on your project grant.

Grantee organisations are contractually required to indicate the EYF support in their project communication. For more guidance on this check the section "visibility in the EYF grants" on page 22 of our Guide to the grants of the EYF. As part of their contractual obligations, grantee organisations are requested to ensure project visibility and the acknowledgement of the EYF support. For this purpose, the EYF can provide, upon request, visibility items for the implementation of the activities free of charge to the youth organisations.
The items available are leaflet, notebooks, pens. Other visibility items such as bags or leaflets may also be available. The visibility items can be provided within available stocks.
Organisations may ask for these items for the participants of their projects, and the items will be sent by the EYF by post at zero cost for the grantee organisation.
The requests can be sent to the email: [email protected] and should include information about:
- the number of visibility items requested
- the type of visibility items (pen, leaflet, notepad or etc)
- complete postal address
- contact person
- phone number of the contact person
Number of visibility items can be calculated based on the number of participants per activity. For instance, one pen, one notebook and one leaflet can be attributed to one participant.
Please send requests on visibility items as soon as the need arises at the latest one month prior to the event, as the delivery might take some time.
