The Committee of Ministers has adopted the following Resolution on 22 January 2020 at the 1365th meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies:

Resolution CM/ResChS(2020)1, concerning the follow-up of the decision on the merits adopted on 3 July 2019 by the European Committee on Social Rights in the case Unione Generale Lavoratori - Federazione Nazionale Corpo forestale dello Stato (UGL‑CFS) and Sindacato autonomo polizia ambientale forestale (SAPAF) v. Italy, Complaint No. 143/2017.
