310th session of the European Committee of Social Rights

The European Committee of Social Rights holds its 310th session from 2 to 5 December 2019 in Strasbourg.

The Committee will examine the national reports for Conclusions 2019 of the Charter, as well as Conclusions for XXI-4 (2019) of the 1961 Charter with respect to the thematic group 4 “Children, family and migrants”.

The Committee will also examine several pending collective complaints and will take stock of the situation related to the procedure provided for by Article 22 of the European Social Charter on “non-accepted provisions”.
