The Cybercrime Convention Committee (T-CY) with the support of the CyberSPEX project, a joint project of the European Union and the Council of Europe, will host the third consultation with civil society stakeholders and service providers to strengthen public-private collaboration on cybercrime and electronic evidence under the Second Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime (Budapest Convention).
This meeting will provide an important venue for exchanging views between public authorities, representatives of civil society and service providers with the aim of enhancing the knowledge about the Second Additional Protocol and its further impact on international co-operation in criminal investigations and proceedings.
We encourage representatives of civil society, service providers, and similar entities to join us in this important dialogue.
