The joint action of the European Union and the Council of Europe “Judicial Training Institutes for Quality and Sustainability” has supported the Albanian School of Magistrates and the Macedonian Academy of Judges and Public Prosecutors in the development and implementation of the e-library accessible through the beneficiaries’ website. The judicial training institutions have been given the opportunity to develop a responsive and consistent user interface that allows easy access to the information and electronic services published on it.

The upgraded e-libraries allow remote access to electronic training materials and literature categorised by various parameters. This facilitates access to collections of information and data and allows users to conduct sophisticated searches for a variety of queries.

The action "Judicial Training Institutes for Quality and Sustainability" is a part of the joint European Union and the Council of Europe programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022” which aims to assist beneficiaries in South-East Europe to comply with  Council of Europe standards and the European Union acquis in the context of the enlargement process, where relevant.
