La base de données sur les outils de prévention et de lutte contre les crimes de haine vise à recenser les ressources disponibles pour la mise en œuvre de la Recommandation CM/Rec(2024)4 sur la lutte contre les crimes de haine. Ces ressources sont accessibles au public, récentes, ayant fait leur preuve dans la pratique et susceptibles de soutenir d’autres États membres dans leurs travaux.

Ces outils ont été collectés à partir des contributions des États membres et d’une étude documentaire des ressources publiées en ligne. Cette cartographie n’est pas exhaustive et ne reflète pas la diversité complète des ressources développées.
