As highlighted in the roadmap, the Council of Europe plays a pivotal role in the coordination of implementation of the Recommendation, which is notably captured by an annual meeting, co-organised by the Youth Department and Roma and Travellers Division, with Roma youth organisations and other stakeholders to monitor progress in the implementation of the roadmap and coordinate efforts in this respect.

 The Coordination and Support Group meetings also fulfil the function of the Task Force on Roma Youth Participation, which the Joint Council also decided to hold on a regular basis. The Task Force is an informal coordination mechanism between Roma and Youth stakeholders.
