The PC-OC Mod held its 25th meeting on 20-22 February 2018. This working group began preparations for the plenary meeting of the PC-OC foreseen on 19-21 June including a special session on 20 June to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the European Convention on Extradition. The various items discussed can be consulted on the draft agenda of the meeting and the list of decisions.
Who are the PC-OC?
The Council of Europe’s Committee of Experts on the Operation of European Conventions on Co-operation in Criminal Matters (PC-OC / Terms of reference / List of Conventions) is the forum in which, since 1981, experts from all member and observer states and organisations come together to elaborate ways to improve international co-operation in criminal matters and identify solutions to practical problems encountered in the application of Council of Europe Conventions in this field.
