At its 76th plenary meeting on 27-29 May 2019, the PC-OC approved the text of a draft Recommendation of the Committee of Ministers on the practical application of the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons and its additional Protocol and the text of the commentary thereto. These texts will be submitted to the CDPC for consideration at their next plenary meeting in December. The Committee furthermore agreed on the issues to be covered at a thematic session to be held on 14 November 2019 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters. For further details on this meeting see the list of decisions.
