As part of Horizontal Facility for Western Balkans and Turkey, the Action “Supporting effective domestic remedies and facilitating the execution of ECtHR judgments” in Albania is offering assistance on drafting a commentary on the Law no. 133/2015 “On treatment of property and finalization of the process of compensation of property” which will serve as a tool for enhancing capacities of the State Advocate and Agency for Treatment of Property staff as well as other legal professionals involved in the implementation of the law in the property field. The purpose of this commentary is to clarify and interpret the law no. 133/2015 as well as to give answers to some dilemmas in relation to the practical and concrete implementation of the law.

In this framework, a three day working group (retreat) is being organized with the contribution of representatives from both institutions as well as Council of Europe staff and expert, in Korçë, on 10-12 December 2018.
