The Council of Europe project “Support to the implementation of the judicial reform in Ukraine” prepared an expert Opinion On the draft Law On the Bar and Practice of Law (draft law no. 9055) that is currently pending before the Parliament of Ukraine. The Opinion was prepared on the basis of analysis of the Council of Europe experts Mr Rytis Jokubauskas and Mr Vahe Grigoryan.
