The Escape Roomours, a tool designed from and for young people, is there! It is based on the idea of providing young people with creative and innovative tools to deepen their interest in generating rumor-free ecosystems.

The tool combines the Anti-Rumor Strategy approach, adding the know-how accumulated over the last 8 years on how to question prejudices and false rumours more effectively, with the format of the Escape Rooms; it combines offline and online elements which can be adapted to very diverse profiles and contexts (educational centres, social, cultural and sports organisations, libraries, etc.).

Thanks to the facilitation by anti-rumour agents, the Escape Roomours will lead participants through different challenges, testimonies, case-studies and dynamics to overcome the challenges posed by prejudice and stereotypes.

The Escape Rumours is currently being tested with the support of 4 RECI members (Castelló de la Plana, Fuenlabrada, Tenerife Island and Valencia) that have already carried out the training for facilitators. Next year, the tool will be available for all cities, institutions and entities in both English and Spanish.
