The city of Vienna will be hosting a study visit for Intercultural Cities’ representatives on 2 and 3 June.

Although Vienna is not formally a member of the Intercultural cities network, it has a strong and successful intercultural integration policy with a human rights focus.

Among the highlights of the visit participants will have insights on:

• Education and job training for young people
• The Multilingual Classroom
• Vienna as a Human Rights City
• Diversity and Integration strategies of the city (Department for Diversity management)
• Monitoring of gender equality in a diverse city
• Meetings with various NGOs, including Writing Workshops for young migrants
