The Working Group on Social Rights (GT-DH-SOC) has been created in 2003 with the task of examining, in light of European and international legal instruments, as well as the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights, the opportunity of having any new justiciable rights under the supervision system set up by the European Convention on Human Rights.

The activity was conducted from 2003 to 2005.
