Avenue de l'Europe
The Drafting Group on the eradication of impunity for serious human rights violations (CDDH-ELI) will hold its first meeting in Strasbourg, from 15 to 17 May 2024. An exchange of views will take place between members of the CDDH-ELI and relevant experts to discuss the evolution practice and international standards since the adoption of the Guidelines in 2011.
